Stuart McKelvey
Chief Executive Officer
Stuart McKelvey has headed TMP Directional Marketing since 1998. Under his leadership, TMPDM expanded its core business of Yellow Pages advertising into today’s realm of Local Search, and made TMPDM both the world’s largest directory advertising agency (responsible for nearly 25% of all nationally-placed Yellow Pages advertising) and a major player in the Local Search marketplace. Previously McKelvey was Group President in the Asia Pacific region of Monster Worldwide.
Under McKelvey, TMPDM pioneered “Directional Marketing” (advertising that consumers seek during their purchase process: Print Yellow Pages, Internet Yellow Pages and search engines) long before “local search” became part of the world’s media vocabulary.
A leader in integrating print directories with online vehicles like Internet Yellow Pages and search-based marketing, TMPDM creates Local Search programs that meld the best of the print and interactive worlds for 105 of the Fortune 500.
McKelvey serves as Chairman of the Board of The Association of Directory Marketing (ADM) and also serves on the board of Certified Audit Circulations (CAC).

Michael T. Flanagan
President &
Chief Financial OfficerMike joined Monster Worldwide as Chief Financial Officer of its Directional Marketing division in December of 2003 and remained with the company when it became TMP Directional Marketing in June of 2005.
Prior to joining the company, Mike was with Automatic Data Processing for over eight years, the last three as Vice President and General Manager of ADP Credit Corp. During that time, Mike led an effort to reengineer business processes by automating the credit scoring function and streamlining the lease operations. Prior to Credit Corp, Mike spent five years in Corporate Treasury, working in both domestic and international treasury operations.
Mike holds a BA in Economics from Providence College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Gregg Stewart
Senior Vice President –
InteractiveGregg joined TMP Directional Marketing as Senior Vice President Eastern Region in January 2006, where he successfully managed the Yellow Pages, Interactive and Local Search programs for his clients. In January 2007, Gregg assumed the role of Senior Vice President Interactive to further develop integrated media solutions for our clients.
Gregg has over 20 years of both Yellow Pages and Interactive agency experience. Prior to joining TMPDM, Gregg was Senior Vice President of Channel Management and Marketing at the search engine marketing firm Fathom Online. Prior to Fathom Online, Gregg was Executive Vice President of Wahlstrom Group and President of Wahlstrom Interactive, a division of Interpublic Group. Stewart serves on the Advisory Board of Search Engine Strategies (SES), and is the vertical expert on Local Search for SearchEngineWatch.com.
